Spring Recipe: Herbs and Honey Salad Dressing

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1/4 cup chopped spring herbs (e.g. parsley, cilantro, chervil, dill, chives)

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp dijon or honey mustard

1 tsp chopped shallots or green onions


Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until herbs are finely chopped and everything is incorporated.
