The Thunder Bay and Area Food Strategy is introducing Northwest Nosh – the area’s first Special Edition magazine- with a focus on celebrating everything related to the regional food system. The premiere edition of Northwest Nosh is a visual feast of local experiences within the food system. Content includes all seven pillars of the Food Strategy including access, production, infrastructure, procurement, urban agriculture, forest and freshwater foods and school food environments.
