Readers can learn about state of the art technology at area dairy farms, chefs’ favourite local ingredients, trendy vegetables to grow, an updated Get Fresh! Guide, and stories about community programs, farmers, new partnerships and more.

Northwest Nosh was created in partnership with The Walleye and follows the same full-colour format of the monthly magazine. The Walleye was honoured to be part of the creative team that put together the inaugural issue of Northwest Nosh
